B&B CASA SASSOLO 1713

The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Cozy hilltop retreat w/ midcentury decor fully AC

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Sassi di Roccamalatina ( Modena) la costruzione è una porzione di rustico restaurato con materiali naturali e sostenibili. Attorno corre la rete dei sentieri del Parco, percorribili in bicicletta o trekking. Dista circa 1 km dalla frazione vicina, 7 km dal paese di Zocca e 10 km da Guiglia, 50 min. da Modena e Bologna.

Garden suite with amazing river views

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

House of the 14 century Pool relax

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house. Archery, walks, mountain biking, astronomical observatory, massages, yoga, ...etc....

Appartamento accogliente con ingresso indipendente, ubicato al piano terra di una villa bifamiliare con giardino. A soli 500 metri dal centro del paese in zona poco trafficata (le uniche auto di passaggio sono quelle dei residenti), offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma a due passi da tutti i servizi. Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
