Relax on the over-sized rear deck or sit on the front porch overlooking the quiet private road and marsh peak-a-boo views across the street. Rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower. Relax by the ocean at this charming cottage unit located mere steps away from beautiful Crescent Beach! Swim in the ocean and then walk to & relax in your seaside, ocean view hideaway after! This one bedroom unit is located just steps from the beach, sleeps 4, and is available from May through mid October. This beautifully renovated cottage is furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom, as well as a living room with a couch and chair that both pull out for extra sleeping space.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Tiny cottage that is a bed on the beach. Unbelievable location, directly on the ocean. Free standing small studio condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed allows you to listen to the waves crashing right outside the door.
