The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

One double bed and open plan sitting room/ conservatory including dining area. Patio doors to decking and private back garden.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

A newly renovated apartment in an old Victorian property. You have self check-in and out for privacy and flexibility. The space includes double bedroom with a new king-size bed and mattress & views into garden, private fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower unit. There is a garden which you are very welcome to use, sun permitting! Please not the garden space is shared.

Riverside Retreat - Free Parking

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway overlooking the river. Being a stone throw from Southampton central, it’s close enough to be in town within a 5-10 minute car journey but far enough away to slow down. The property offers a large wraparound balcony from master bedroom to lounge diner. Making it a wonderful spot for indoor outdoor living.
