This very spacious barn conversion is the perfect place to meet family & friends, to relax and “re-connect”. The large fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room join into the light and comfortable lounge to form the perfect social space plus there's a games room with full size table tennis! Extensive outside patios & gardens provide stunning views over the Severn Vale and wonderful sunsets. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; all have private en-suites with shower or bath.

A bright attractive annex, in the market town of Thornbury, Bristol. Close to walks, cycling routes and restaurants. The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
