Not ideal for small children or guests with limited mobility as there are steep stairs inside and outside.

We are located in a safe quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes walk from Leonardo state marina and beach, 2 miles from Atlantic Highlands with it's bustling main street and delightful harbor where you can take the Seastreak ferry to Manhattan; 15 minutes drive to Sandy Hook and the Atlantic Shore Beaches.

Our cozy cottage is walking distance to shops, beaches, boardwalk, waterfront restaurants, Tiki bar and bier garden, park, pool and historic Rye Playland amusement park. It's a short drive to our quaint town with boutiques for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from or jump on Metronorth for a train ride to the city. Finish the day with a barbeque or relax by the fire table in our cozy outdoor space.

Relax and get away from it all at this newly renovated cottage in historic Miller Place. Enjoy your private fenced in backyard with your own deck, picnic table and BBQ. You can walk across the street to the historic Miller Place Pond or walk 2 blocks to the famous McNulty's Ice Cream Parlor. Take your beach gear 2 miles to Cedar Beach or go 4.5 miles to Port Jefferson for the best food and entertainment. So many options for dinning and entertainment. You are at the foot of wine country!

A little yellow cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your feet in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
