The studio is spacious, very clean and decorated in a traditional Greek style. It has its own bathroom, T.V., air conditioning, kettle and balcony or veranda. Αυτός ο αξιολάτρευτος χώρος διαμονής θα σας μαγέψει.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 1500 μέτρα απτό λιμάνι της Παροικιάς.Στο ίδιο σπίτι μένει και η οικοδέσποινα με το σκύλο της και τις γάτες στην αυλή.Ο χώρος είναι προσβάσιμος με τα πόδια σε 25 λεπτά απτό λιμάνι ή σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και έχει άπλετη θέα από παντού!!!
