This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

You are Welcome to Mariannas stone house Kyparissi. I will do my best for you to enjoy your stay . The picturesque village of Kyparissi,on the east coast of Lakonia situated between Leonidion and Monemvasia. The mountain Parnonas and the Myrtoo Sea with the crystal clear water. Marianna`s newly built beach,stone house with spectacular sea and village views,situated in a panoramic location,surrounded by olive trees and herb.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
