Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Ideal location for exploring Brecon and the surrounding National Park. A few minutes walk from open country in one direction, and five minutes from the town centre in the other. The cottage, opposite the Cathedral, adjoins one of Brecon's finest Georgian buildings, Grade II listed Priory Hill House, with which it shares a lovely half-acre garden on the banks of the River Honddu, with spectacular views of Pen y Fan. Tastefully furnished with Welsh antiques, a newly equipped kitchen, TV, & Wifi.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. Weighing 20 tons and brimming with original rustic features, this historic wagon offers characterful self-catering accommodation with a touch of luxury. Our site is just off Aberyscir Hill, a few miles to the west of the market town of Brecon. Each of our six heated Wigwam Cabins are situated in a quiet secluded area with spectacular views of the wonderful welsh hills.
