Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. In the beautiful and quaint village of Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport, you’ll find our cottage, just two doors down from Nunans Lobster Hut and a 3-minute walk to Cape Porpoise Kitchen and Bradbury’s Market. Built in 1880, and after a complete renovation, we’d love to have you as our guests! We added many windows, to bring the outdoors in. Lots of light! The two added balconies make for a wonderful place to sit and talk or just stare into space. Lots of stars! Air conditioning!

It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!
