Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

Tucked away on 5 serene acres in central Edmond, Hidden Hollow Honey Farm offers 540sq ft of safe, quiet lodging w/in walking distance of Edmond restaurants & activities. Close to Mitch Park/Golf/Route 66/OCU & UCO/Soccer/Tennis. 2nd bedroom is a small bunkhouse for kids - see pics. WIFI, 2 big Smart TV’s w/antennas, King bed, toys/books/games, rustic cottage kitchen w/coffees/teas/snacks, patios w/firepits/swings, pond/apiary views, & wildlife.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.
