The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The Potter's House

It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

Το Νότιο Πήλιο είναι ένα παραμυθένιο μέρος πλάι στο βουνό και τη θάλασσα. Παρθένες παραλίες, κρυστάλλινα νερά, παραδοσιακά, γραφικά χωριά, ολόφρεσκο ψάρι και θαλασσινά σε γραφικά ταβερνάκια πάνω στο κύμα, βόλτες σε καταπράσινα, ήμερα βουνά. Το σπίτι ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα, μ ε εύκολη πρόσβαση, μέσα στο χωριό αλλά και ψηλά έτσι ώστε να μην σε ενοχλεί κανένας γείτονας, με μαγική θέα στη θάλασσα. Ιδανικό για τις πιο ζεν διακοπές, με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να χαλαρώσει στη φύση.

Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται 200 μέτρα από την παραλία Σκούρα και από το λιμανάκι του Πλατάνια. Είναι ένας όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος που βλέπει στο κεντρικό δρομάκι που καταλήγει στην παραλία αλλά και στη ρεματιά. Περιστοιχίζεται από πλατάνια και αυτό το κάνει ιδιαίτερα δροσερό το καλοκαίρι. Ο χώρος περιλαμβάνει κλιματισμό, wifi και θέρμανση . Στην αυλή υπάρχει διαθέσιμη ψησταριά την οποία μπορείτε ελεύθερα να χρησιμοποιήσετε.

The house is a maisonette and it is comprised of three levels: 1. Ground floor with a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. 2. First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. 3. Basement with a very big room and a big bathroom. There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.

Dimitra's Scenery is located in Milina, Pelion. It boosts incredible views over the sea. The place is surrounded by lush, green gardens. All our guests are free to enjoy our pool or the sea in a few meters distance. Our apartments offer fully equipped kitchenettes as well as free parking space.
