The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. We're next door to a lovely 15th century inn with a choice of other pubs nearby; Italian restaurant; local shops; pharmacy; cafes and takeaways on hand - a perfect base to explore this lovely part of the world.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. Featuring two cozy bedrooms, a real fire and off-street parking. Ideally situated for wedding venues, countryside walks and with the Swan Inn pub less than 5 min walk - it’s the perfect countryside retreat.

You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.

Other villages & towns Bibury, Stow,Burford, Tetbury. The cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. Self-Contained Equipped Cotswolds Studio + Garden

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.
