The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

There are many walking and cycling paths and tracks, including the Thames Path. Ideal for the Air Show, Cheltenham Races and Badminton.

The Cart Shed is located at Hayes Knoll Farm, which is the home for Vanessa and Kevin, along with their two children.
