Un espacio de 30 m² diáfano, con altillo donde se encuentra el dormitorio, cocina equipada, baño completo y salón comedor con chimenea de leña, ideal para los días fríos. Situada en pleno Parque Natural del Montseny, Reserva de la Biosfera, con acceso directo al río Tordera, que fluye justo bajo la casa. A 15 min de Montseny y a 20 min de Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Naturaleza, calma y desconexión.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

La Cabebosc se encuentra en el corazón del Parque Natural de la Zona Volcánica de la Garrotxa. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
