Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom holiday home is located in beautiful northern Herefordshire, near the border with Shropshire. We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Only 7.5 miles from the historic city of Hereford and the market town of Ledbury. An idyllic countryside retreat. Perfect for foodies, walkers, cyclists or a bolthole for getting away from it all. We are only 1.5 hours from Birmingham and Bristol airports and 2 3/4 hours drive from London Heathrow.

A comfortable home from home in a charming riverside cottage, close to the centre of town yet secluded and quiet. Relax with a glass or dinner on the terrace whilst spotting wildlife in the river below, or in winter unwind by the cosy woodburner. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Leominster with its celebrated range of antique shops. Good access to public transport, or a public car park is yards away. A great base to explore the wonderful Herefordshire countryside.

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach. It’s a 40 minute drive to the festival town of Hay on Wye.

Cosy Self Catering Maple House Lodge

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

Serafina Lodge

Modern 1 bedroom accommodation. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge, sofa bed as well as separate bedroom with balcony and countryside/mountain views. It is purpose built above a dedicated parking space and is self-contained away from the main barn with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Within easy reach of the picturesque market towns of Leominster and Hereford, the Black Mountains, the Malvern hills and the black and white village trail.

Located 1 mile from the market town of Ledbury and its independent shops and cafes, it is within striking distance of the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Festivals nearby are Ledbury Poetry, Hay, Longborough Opera, Cheltenham, Three Counties/Choirs. Piano & dedicated work station for those wanting to WFH.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
