The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

Spazioso e giovanile con vista sull’ Auditorium del Mecenate, su Santa Maria Maggiore e sul Teatro Brancaccio. il Colosseo dista pochi minuti a piedi, inoltre l appartamento è a pochi metri dalla Basilica di San Giovanni e dal centro storico, praticamente nel cuore di Roma. Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia ed i tuoi amici saranno vicini a tutto.

Vicino al Colosseo, nel centro storico di Roma, collegato benissimo a tutte le mete turistiche. Metropolitana line A, B, C a pochi passi, TRAM e BUS. Secondo piano con ascensore. Soggiorno confortevole, camera con letto matrimoniale, con finestre con doppi vetri insonorizzanti, terrazzo, cucina e bagno grande.

Domus Pretorio, Roma Centro

Domus Pretorio è un appartamento che si trova nei pressi della centralissima stazione Termini dalla quale è collegata tutta la città con linee metro, autobus e treni. Si trova al primo piano di un palazzo storico e permette di visitare Roma in maniera semplice con tutti i mezzi di trasporto a pochi passi. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone, ha inoltre una grande terrazza esterna privata. E' la soluzione ideale per chi vuole visitare comodamente Roma e muoversi in libertà.

Appartamento con giardino a Roma

Il mio delizioso appartamentino di 45 mq si trova nel cuore di Roma, in una colorata palazzina di inizio '900 di 3 piani, con giardino di 25 mq. Sarete a pochi passi da tutti i mezzi pubblici (metro-tram-bus) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Via Balilla è una piccola e caratteristica strada alberata con palazzine, ognuna di un colore differente e tutte con giardino interno. L'appartamento affaccia sui giardini: sarete immersi nel verde e svegliati dal canto degli uccellini!
