Our newly built, contemporary 1 bed accommodation with private patio on a quiet country lane, is the perfect get away! A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Perfect for amazing cycle rides & walks. King size bed & sofabed perfect for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children or 3 adults. There is free parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes as well as body boards, bucket & spades & beach chairs are available for guest

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. Enjoy peace and tranquility in this comfortable spacious Cabin located in the owner's beautiful garden. Kingsize bed with luxury bedding, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Dining table and large comfortable sofa, with 2 sets of doors leading to private deck and spectacular sea views. Private access at the rear of the plot for free parking. Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. CCTV on driveway.

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.
