Relax at Rye Beach & Portsmouth

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

A New England stopover 10+ min from the Atlantic Coast, restaurants, arts, shops, historical sites, and outdoor explores. Easily en route to MA, ME, VT +. One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered lived loved home has been in the family since built in 1908. No relation to a hotel room, but clean, comfy, and convenient location.

WiFi. Your own covered porch in the front and private large bedroom with king bed & private bath on the 2nd floor. Parking for one car. 3-Day Holiday Weekends require min 3 nights. NOTE: NO KITCHEN.

Bedroom offers a another TV for your entertainment, and ample drawer space for your belongings. 1.2 miles to beach, .3 miles to serene wooded walking trails and 4.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth shopping and restaurants.

Relax by yourself or bring your Besty. This peaceful beach bungalow for 2 is across the street from Wallis Sands Beach with ocean views. Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*

Summer and Winter rental just a short walk to Jenness Beach. You have everything within walking distance; Surf Shop, Cafe, Pizza Shop, Restaurant and a gorgeous beach. Please note the laundry is in the 3/4 basement accessible via a set of narrow stairs.
