Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Wood Lodge is a comfortable secluded self catering holiday get away in North Runcton, Norfolk, close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Kings Lynn, Sandringham Estate and North Norfolk Nature Reserve. Wood Lodge has the benefit of being located near some of the country's most stunning scenery, comprising of country estates, beaches, bird watching and various walks. You will also find other activities and outings to suit a variety of interests, ages and, of course, English weather situations!

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat.

Ground floor flat with off road parking. Perfect location for those wanting to explore the historic town of King's Lynn with its maritime history, stunning buildings and a thriving pedestrianised shopping centre, all within walking distance. The flat has one double bedroom plus a bed settee in the living room. If you wish to enjoy a quiet break this is the place for you. There is no wifi or tv but the phone signal is good, so you can keep in touch with the world.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

Skylight Annex near Hospital

Walking distance from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. You get the entire place all to yourself. Please be aware of road traffic and people noise during busy times of the day when windows and doors are open. This place has been recently updated. There is a bus stop that takes you directly to town located just outside the property. There is another bus stop on the hospital grounds which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
