AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

En la primera planta se encuentra el comedor con chimenea, una habitación doble, un baño y la cocina con acceso a la zona de piscina y el porche trasero, donde dispone de barbacoa y un espacio para comer al exterior. La segunda planta consta de dos habitaciones, un baño completo y terraza con vistas al mar.
