Egerton, adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The nightly rate is £100. The total cost is £117, inclusive of airbnb fees. I do not charge a cleaning fee.

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Newly built shepherds hut over looking a pond , it is close to the road along the back wall but can’t be seen. I also have another bnb in sight of the hut Close to the villages of Headcorn and Smarden.We are also near Headcorn airfield and the Big Cat sanctuary.
