Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Our property consists of two self contained flats, Ortari is on the ground floor. We are Perfectly located and within walking distance to Brandy Cove, Pwll Du and Caswell Bay, as well as being an easy drive or bicycle ride to every part of Gower, the furthest being only a 20 minute drive away, we have no idea how long by bike !! The lovely fishing village of Mumbles is just a 10 minute drive or a short trip on the local bus.

Southgate is located on the top of the cliffs leading to the renowned "Three Cliffs Bay" (just a fifteen minute walk). With a choice of coffee shops, restaurants, a golf club, and a convenience store with a fantastic ice cream counter there is everything you need on your doorstep. Number 27 Heatherslade Road is tucked away in a quiet road within walking distance of all amenities.

Lovely 2 bedroom annex in Lunnon (Gower), private parking, small kitchen and living room. Quiet location, not far to Three Cliffs Bay, Tor Bay, Pobbles and Oxwich Bay. 15 minute drive to Mumbles. 1 bathroom which is en-suite to master bedroom, please be aware that anybody staying in the twin bedroom will consequently have to access the bathroom via the master bedroom.
