Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.

An ideal place to drink a glass of wine as dusk and sunset colors fill the sky, with a breathtaking view of the iconic beach of Agios Dimitrios, the most beautiful beach of the island of Alonnisos. Swim in the "Natura" protected beach, take a hike in a picturesque scenery or just enjoy your privacy and relax..

Agios Petros By the Sea / Traditional House

Agios Petros by the Sea is a traditional house located in one of the most beautiful bays of Alonnissos (Agios Petros). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Due to its location and overall buety, Villa Skopelita, is one of the island’s most photographed homes!

Villa Mariel Skopelos

Inspired by Greek island architecture, Villa Mariel is a newly built private villa located on the hillside above Skopelos Town. Featuring whitewashed interiors and minimal décor, the home offers a serene and contemporary island experience with complete privacy. Guests can enjoy a private pool, a lounge patio, and a gas barbecue, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining.

Pefko House, great Skopelos view

Unique and tranquil getaway house with great views of Skopelos port & town. Kitchen opens up to family room, one master bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a second bedroom (two single beds), a second bathroom and a loft (two single beds, shown as bedroom 3 in photo tour). Not chain link fenced from the rocks below therefore not recommended for toddlers.
