Cave Spring Park Trail. LOCATION: 8701 E. Gregory, KCMO 64133. DISTANCE: 4.5 miles. TRAIL TYPE: Natural. These dirt hiking trails are located at the Cave Spring Historic Site & Nature Center. There are 3 loops — but once on the trail it feels like the trails all loop and cross so much you can take a different route each trip.
