Driving on 264 it is almost 30 minutes to get to the Oceanfront, but it's and easy drive and a beautiful way to spend a day.

We like to ride our bikes on this 2 1/2 mile stretch of boardwalk that runs the length of the beach. There is a walking path and a bike path on the boardwalk.

Over 40 blocks of a paved boardwalk along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront containing tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and beach accesses. There's almost always free live music or a festival going on!
