Richmond has a ferry now! This is the absolute most fun way to get to the city. A trip by ferry is sure to give you lots of excellent pictures of the city as you are arriving. The ferry stops at the Ferry Building in San Francisco, which is a foodie's delight!

You can opt to take a ferry into the city via pedestrian ferry. The ferry stops at the main ferry building in San Francisco or near Pier 39.
