Please, order Saucisse de l'Aveyron with Aligot & Gratin de Saint Nectaire. I’m from Aveyron region and I can assure you that is the best Aligot you’ll find in Paris. The food is very good and the interior is typically local

it's no "haute gastronomie" but the real, traditional french cuisine, nice to sit outside, friendly service "brasserie" style at a very good price
