Area of the city center, known for its fish restaurants (eg “vismet” or “bij den boer”). A ton of nice restaurants and bars. Also the location of the Christmas market in December.

When it’s a warm afternoon or evening : go sit by the water, have some drinks or bring some food and meet lots of people :)

Flemish quartier: great for drinks next to the fountains, icecream at Gaston's, natural wine at Au Bassin.
