Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The villa enjoys a privileged uphill position with extensive and breathtaking sea views over the Ionian Sea, Ithaca and Lefkada.The main level comprises of an open plan living room/ kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) all of which have direct access to the large terrace (190m2) and the pool. The third (Master) bedroom is on the second floor. It has en suite bathroom and a private balcony that commands uninterrupted views over the Ionian Sea.

The two stonehouses are located in the north of Kefalonia island about a 10 minute drive from the famous yacht harbour Fiscardo and 90 minutes from the islands´ airport. The traditional houses are surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and flowers. The cypress beach “Foki” with the typical emerald green-coloured water is a few driving minutes away from the property. The famous “Myrtos” beach and the peninsula Assos, are at 30 minutes accessible.

Garden House is set in an enclosed garden with majestic views of Ithaka. It is a short walk from Foki beach and its adjacent taverna, and approximately 1 mile from renowned and picturesque Fiskardo. The villa is built in a traditional style, with carefully selected furnishings that have a cosy provencal feel to them. The living areas and bedrooms are set out over two levels with terraces and balconies overlooking the pool and Ionian Sea.

Serenity Residence is a self-catered property located in a quiet flowery small road at the heart of Fiskardo. Everything that Fiskardo has to offer is within walking distance since its located 20 meters from the port. The building is a two storey traditional Kefalonian house which was recently renovated.
