The Old Rope Works is a spacious and unique space in the heart of Woburn Sands, a small market town outside Milton Keynes. As the name suggests, it was once a factory where rope was made and accommodation will suit families, two couples, four friends etc. The property is located just down from the high street, which has multiple places to eat and drink, two local supermarkets for supplies, all within a 5 minute stroll. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. 2 bedroom converted stables on a farm location - sleeps up to 4 people with 1 x double bedroom, 1 x single bedroom and 1 x sofa bed that folds out into a large 1.5 times single . Located centrally between Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford, Smiths Farm is a mile from the historic and beautiful market town of Olney .Within 40mins:Silverstone, Bletchley Park, Salcey Forest, Santa Pod.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
