GWP - Rectory North

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

The closest station is Upminster (8mins by bus), with District line and C2C services reaching Fenchurch Street in 23mins (Liverpool Street in 29mins on weekends). Enjoy perfect London accessibility with suburban peace - ideal for professionals and travelers.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested. It’s a 5 min drive from the The Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
