Nice place

This home was absolutely beautiful. Just like the pictures and had awesome amenities. It is located in north Scottsdale so is a bit of a drive from the popular Old town. Even so, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The shopping at Keirland was beautiful! In addition, the price was great for what you get and we liked that it was managed by a professional company. They were very responsive and on top of it.

We did encounter some issues with the pool/spa not working and traded several messages with Rebl about this. The maintenance technician came by twice to the residence to address the issue, and was quick about responsing. The host also offered a late check out to us for the inconvenience. Even though it was not ideal, we understand that these things happen with rentals. Overall, the place was stunning and we really loved our experience. We would definitely stay with Rebl properties again and at this specific location.

We booked this trip back in March, Saturday Oct 18th-Saturday Oct 25th. Two days prior to our arrival I received an email saying they have been trying to contact us and for me to call them at a number they provided. I call the number and she asks if we can leave early and I said no because some of us are from out of state with flights set to leave on Saturday. She then says if we can't leave early then they will have to cancel the whole week because of scheduled maintenance. I said I guess we can leave early then. My question should have been why would you schedule maintenance on a night that has been reserved for months? The house itself was ok.
