We were there mainly for sleeping, showering and the condo was very clean.

Everything was really lovely and cozy. The host was very friendly and responsive. She made us feel welcomed. The condo was easy to find with great instructions. Also Very quiet area. I would definitely recommend staying at such a great place.

To start off, Elizabeth was incredibly kind and patient. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept. However, with the apartment on Gautier Vancleave, there is a LOT of noise. This is not a good place if you are a light sleeper or have a small child. We were up at 4:30 am every morning due to the super loud and obnoxious traffic headed to ingalls. Of course, that’s beyond the hosts control however that would’ve been something nice to know before booking with my toddler. Finding parking in the complex most nights was super annoying & we would end up closer to the pool area. The shower handle was super hard to use. I don’t believe it’s the proper handle and I spent at least 10 minutes each shower trying to get it to where I needed it. Lastly, the kitchen and living room are glass - not ideal for small kids. I ended up having to purchase glass cleaner to use for the 11 days we were in the unit. Again, Elizabeth was amazing and kind. Not hate to her. The traffic was awful though lol

This place is exactly what it says it is and a great value! Elizabeth communicates very well and asked us several times how our stay was going to assure we were comfortable. We are very familiar with the area and were visiting friends, so we don’t need local recommendations but I’m sure she would have offered. The only note about this property is simply that the road noise can be a bit much, but when we turned the fan on high , this concern went away. Very comfortable and safe space with all the coast has to offer close by.
