This is a superb location. Lots of restaurants, supermarket, boulangeries, patisseries, butcher, cheese shop, etc at your door, walkable to many Paris attractions and near public transportation for others. Although it is on a busy street the apartment itself is quiet, as it overlooks the courtyard rather than the street. No street noise at night. The bed is very comfortable, and the space is large for central Paris. Windows allow cross-ventilation—we were not there in a hot season, but it would likely be comfortable at that time. Electric radiators worked fine. There is ample closet and drawer space for your possessions. Communication with the host was good and instructions on how to get in to the apartment were very clear.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chebli’s place. The area is great with excellent restaurants and shops within steps of the apartment. We liked the historic building and the way the apartment made use of the space with all the modern conveniences. Our only issue … the entry way cobblestones and one flight of curved stairs was a bit challenging for an older couple with 2 large suitcases. (Note to self, next time pack light!)

Could not have asked for a better host or location. Had a wonderful time. Will be back.

Chebli was very responsive and this place was great. For a European apartment it was very spacious and even bigger than I thought it would be. We had two babies under two and it worked really well for our our family of 4.
