Great spot. Convenient parking and location especially for the Indiana home football games. Really enjoyed our time.

We stayed at Max’s place to visit our son and attend an IU football game - it’s a great location making it a very easy stroll to get to Memorial Stadium which was super convenient when the traffic and parking can be insane.

Max was responsive and always available. Clear directions were provided for check in. The place was clean, clutter free and offered standard amenities. Great for a Hoosier football weekend!

Great location! The apartment is right next to the stadium so totally walkable to everything. I was a little nervous about being in an apartment complex and being next to all of the college kids. However, it wasn’t loud or anything and it was nice. The inside is exactly like the pictures and there is a binder full of recommendations. Perfect little place for me to stay at during IU football season. Thanks!
