Check in instructions did not mentioned the gate that needs to be opened to access driveway, luckily it wasn’t locked. Getting in the house was easy, but upon entry we discovered a used glass on the counter and the lack of running water. We immediately began contacting host and got no response. I suspect they were informed of the problem as there was excrement in both toilets. The Wi-Fi password in the listing didn’t work and I had to find the router to get default password. The house manual was hard to find, it was inside a desk. Additionally the remote for the fire stick didn’t work and I even tried different batteries. After 2 hours of no response from host, Airbnb refunded us and we left.

Robbie NEVER responded to the booking. We arrived and the lock box was frozen so we couldn't access the keys. We finally get in without the help of the host & it's freezing inside, filthy and no water. We call & message the host, straight to vm and no response to messages. We wasted the entire day until I rebooked at another location to try and salvage my weekend. Needless to say we will NEVER book at Robbie's again.

We were really for our stay and to experience the beauty of the location. Unfortunately we showed up and the gate was locked with no code to get in. We waited for an hour and had to scramble last minute to find a new airbnb, which airbnb customer support luckily helped us with. Bummed we didn’t get to experience the property :/

Robbie from the start earned his super host title quickly responding to any issue or questions. The property is as it is described and over the course of our stay felt like home
