Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama. Al primo piano ci sono due stanze da letto e una cabina armadio. In casa ci sono 3 bagni, di cui 2 con doccia.

Casa Olmo is ideally located for exploring the city and the lake. It is 20-minute walk from San Giovanni train station and 50 meters from a large car park. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE, it is not a hotel, I am sharing my house with guests as I use it few weeks during the year. The house is a typical italian house originally built in the years 1700. It has 1 bedrooms available with a double bed , 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a little balcony that you can enjoy in the morning with the sun for breakfast or for your dinner in front the beautiful colors on the mountain and on the lake at dinner.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
