This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

It feels like home! This airconditioned very central flat with FREE PARKING is located in a 150 years old historical building on the first floor (there is no elevator in the building). The loft style studio with stairs to an open gallery is located in the beautiful Palace District (very center of Budapest), with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars. Many sights are in walking distance. It also has excellent access to public transportation with metro and tram line nearby. (4 min by walk).

Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! Springfield Studio is an artistic studio flat in the center of Budapest. The name comes from the street it is located, and I designed the interior to match its name, with fresh colors in the white background. In spite of the relatively small size, the studio feels quite spacious due to the the high ceiling and the loft-like design. Budapest's main entertaining areas are only 15-30 minutes walk from here. You will enjoy the relaxation in Springfield studio after a busy day of sightseeing.
