Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. According to Greek law, guests are required to pay a environmental tax of €8 per night upon arrival. It is a space, with a bedroom looking towards the seaside and including a double bed, and a living room – also with sea view – with a sofa that is composed of two single anatomic mattresses.The same space includes a spacious workstation attached to a sea view window. The house comes with full cooking facilities, a dish washer and a clothes washing machine. It has a private yard with sea view.
