Our house is situated at the back of the property in case you need anything. Great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Situated between the beach & the lake at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a picturesque lagoon view! And only metres away from access to the famous new Fernleigh Track! This one bedroom fully equipped cozy house is brand new & spotlessly clean! Fully equipped with all linen, towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, Nespresso coffee machine + coffee pods, kettle, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, toaster, air fryer & all your kitchen essentials.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire.
