Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
