It is set in its own grounds and is within walking distance of the award-winning Black Lion Inn. The Tower

Close to Manifold Valley, Thors Cave, Dovedale, Thorpe cloud, Matlock farm park and the Churnet Valley Railway. There is a pub within a 10 - 15 min walk.
