Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. Our small, cosy cottage is set in a rural location, next door to a livery stables, with beautiful views across fields towards the River Medway, yet just a five minute drive from Tonbridge town centre. Perfectly situated for visits to local attractions such as Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Knole Park and Royal Tunbridge Wells to name but a few. Perfect for couples or a single visitor, the 1-bed cottage is self-contained with outside patio area and parking (a car is recommended for your visit).

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
