This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The village shop, pub, church, sport club and farm shop are all within walking distance and breathtaking walks on the famous Monarchs Way. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Our newly refurbished Tramway House is located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. With a riverside location, the views from our cottage are really unbeatable! With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. Cook up a storm with our full kitchen facilities or relax in your private courtyard garden! Staying for a week or more? Don't worry, we have you covered with a washing machine too!

Fishermans Hut. Camping and Paddleboard.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

3 Hathaway Hamlet is a 500 year old cottage that has undergone a recent full renovation to make it modern comfortable and yet still maintain its character, with large oak beams, log burner, original internal doors, but still has underfloor heating, WiFi and Netflix. Set is a huddle of cottages just a 2 minute walk from Ann Hathaway's cottage it offers a comfortable and convenient place to explore Shakespeare's Stafford upon Avon.
