Dove Cottage.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

A stunning stone conversion, Heathy Bank Lodge has panoramic views of the countryside. This luxury 1 bed self contained accommodation with bi-fold doors opening up onto a private sun trap garden is the most idyllic countryside stay. Located in Marple bridge with cafe's, pubs and restaurants in the village and public footpaths from your door step, it has something for everyone. The Lodge offers a King size bed, ensuite shower room & fully fitted kitchen/diner.

Primrose Cottage in the Peak District

Primrose Cottage is a spacious and comfortable one bedroomed cottage set adjacent to the owners property. Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.

Meadow View

Positioned next to Werneth Low country park, with far reaching views, the location is a walkers paradise yet less than l0 miles from Manchester City centre. Relax in the Hydropool hot tub and chill in the sunpod. Dine at the nearby restaurant, play the local golf course, or take in a cricket match all of which are within easy walking distance. The accommodation is a renovated static and sleeps 4. It is suitable for couples or families.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Gamekeeper's Cottage

Make memories at this 250-year-old former gamekeeper’s stone cottage, full of charm with exposed beams, stone walls, and a flagstone kitchen floor—just like The Holiday! The cottage has two spacious double bedrooms (one double, one king-sized bed), sleeping up to four guests. The ground floor features a cozy living room, large kitchen/diner, and an office with an electric standing desk and views of the patio.

Fully self contained flat which includes one double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and conservatory. Separate entrance, car parking, garden area. Ideal as a base for easy access to Manchester City Centre. Or for those wanting to experience the countryside, this again is just on the doorstep. WFI is available. Ideal for the business commuter, or those just wanting a relaxing break.
