Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. Wood Lodge has the benefit of being located near some of the country's most stunning scenery, comprising of country estates, beaches, bird watching and various walks. You will also find other activities and outings to suit a variety of interests, ages and, of course, English weather situations!

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
