This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and group trips. Discover the gorgeous landscape and surroundings nestled in a delightful Norfork rural setting this traditional detached old stables situated in the grounds of the owner’s home with access to the games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and darts. And all this is surrounded by quiet country lanes, ideal for cycling and walking. Norwich City, The Broads and coast only 30 mins away brilliantly central to everything.

Beautiful 1-bedroom flat in central Manningtree

Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This is a little gem at the heart of our beautiful town.

The Old Granary is a lovely apartment set in a walled garden next to Ufford church. Located in the heart of the village with two pubs that serve food in walking distance it is an ideal base to explore the Suffolk Coast. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and the iconic shingle beaches are all in striking distance. The flat has recently been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, smart TV and fast broadband. It has its own garden space where guests can relax or eat outside.

Felixstowe in Suffolk - 'The Blue Sky County' - a beautiful area to visit. Suffolk Sands is a small, relaxing park located right on the beach. Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).
