The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

A beautiful, relaxing riverside lodge located at Isleham Marina. Set in open countryside with access to rural walks, swimming, cycling and bird watching. The lodge has fishing rights. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance.
