This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Forest Cottage

Welcome to our stone cottage built in the 1700's with modern amenities including our spacious hot tub. Situated in the heart of the peak district, close by to Castleton, Edale, Buxton, & Tideswell. The cottage is situated in Peak forest, within close proximity to the village pub, less than half a mile. The cottage has 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom, at downstairs toilet, a dining room & a living room equipped with a log burner. Both bedrooms & living rooms have TV's hooked up with available apps.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. It is the perfect base from which to explore the stunning Peak District, with walks and rides from the doorstep. We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.
