Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Log cabin. Quiet, private, cosy + breakfast

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

Secret Garden Annexe @ Farm View Country Retreat

Escape to our tranquil hideaway for beautiful countryside walks, peaceful village cycle rides and endless old cosy pubs full of character and charm. With far reaching views, the Secret Garden is on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and has a private garden with a decked patio area, perfect for alfresco dining… or a glass or two of wine! After a day exploring, why not visit one of the many pubs nearby, or switch on the fairy lights and snuggle up in our stylish and cosy annexe.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

The Artist’s Barn. A unique and rustic retreat.

Beautiful, unusual & stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ( 1 en suite ) renovated and arty barn. In a tranquil, yet accessible countryside setting, overlooking fields with 2 ponies/stable yard. A comfortable, friendly & rustic place to unwind. It also stays cool, even on hot days but warm and toasty in the winter. Numerous nearby attractions including Jane Austen’s Museum, The Watts Gallery and Uppark House. DM if you’d like an art lesson. Can sketch ponies/portraits or landscapes!

Studio Apartment set within a rural village

Liphook’s endearing village centre is a walkable 0.7 miles away and holds everything you could expect from local shops. From a Boutique Cinema and pharmacies to takeaways and florists, all your daily needs are catered for. For a larger shopping trip, Sainsbury’s superstore is only 1 mile away by car and provides all the variety and choice you would expect. Local towns such as Haslemere and Petersfield bring more variety to the region with big brands and familiar names.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

The Studio @ Black Barn, Nr Petersfield.

Newly refurbished, ‘The Studio at Black Barn’ is an open plan self-contained private annexe with own parking right outside its own private entrance and garden. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults to indulge in a relaxing mini break; also ideal for a fleeting overnight work visit and take advantage of the superfast broadband to work from Black Barn.
